IGN: 7amoodw Suggestion: To make the rising world only for residents+ Reason: Well many people are saying that resident has no value or stuff like that, having the world to be only accessible for Residents and higher ranks would make the resident rank something many builders want to get. Also grief in the new rising world will be lowered. I believe that this rising worlds will be mostly used for towns and residents have the ability to apply for mayor so that would be a very good spot for them to look for a town location where not much is destroyed.
