    To be honest I changed my mind as well, I don't want people to apply for staff just for the rank and I've read very good points against. Not that I'm against a recognition for past staff members in general, but the cons of this particular kind of recognition would weight much more than the pros. Sorry

    After reviewing this, this isn't necessarily a good idea. Good thought, but it will be poor in practice.
