    Sometimes the server lags and the timer slows done. If we are supposed to restart every say 2 hours, and we don't end up restarting until 2 hours and 30 minutes is up, then someone will say "the server is broken fix nao!" and people will start to freak out.

    The staff have a command to check. It's best to leave it at that.

    Nope because during restarts users can duplicate items and abuse bugs as different plugins stop at different intervals.

    -1 seems useless and it says when restart is
    examples: [RESTART 30 MINUTES]
    [RESTART 20 MINUTES]
    [RESTART 10 MINUTES]
    [RESTART 5 MINUTES]
    [RESTART 1 MINTUE]
    [RESTART 30 SECONDS]
    [RESTART 20 SECONDS]
    [RESTART 10 SECONDS]
    [RESTARTING]
    I probably missed one but they remind us a lot and this isn't a very useful command
