[Suggestion] Replace Backpacks with playervaults

    Suggestion:
    Replace the very buggy backpack plugin with playervaults, also make them cheaper to buy from the shop

    Additional Info:
    Pretty sure you can customize the size of the vault (to have PlayerVaults+, ++ and +++)
