i seen some polls in complaints forum - eg http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/un-ban-appeal.139931/#post-762973 - this one of example reason: most ban/appels are work fine without Polls on it just a annoying poll in way to try to impress the user to get unbanned or get banned so i believe this should be removed from user complaints forum making User experince more better
As eek said, polls aren't allowed in ban appeals. If a change is possible, then we should probably make it - but at the same time, leaving open the possibility for polls allows the SuperMod+ team to see whether certain users have, in fact, read the rules. So I'm unsure personally.
i seen two or three past topics in that forum - i see polls are enabled in that forum because i had look in create new thread - the poll options there so i think its should be Disabled for that forum (impossible to create polls)
We are aware that it's possible to create polls, but it's against the rules to create polls. Having it be possible to make the poll is a way of testing people to see if they actually bothered to read the rules.
