Hi. As you know, there has been a large increase in trolling within the ECC community in recent weeks. This has many causes, but I believe one of the major causes on the forums specifically is the lack of a troll-like rating. Because users are unable to show their contempt with a post, they are required to make a comment. However, as we know, this results in cluttered threads and more forum warnings. Therefore, my suggestion is to add some sort of additional rating. Something like funny, where the players are able to show what they think about a specific post, without making a comment themselves. Yes, I understand that these were removed for a reason. However, I do think that adding these back will outweigh the negative consequences that these ratings had in the first place. Discuss!
I would love to see more ratings be implemented! If you get offended by someone rating your post troll, you're hopeless.
Does anybody know the actual reason that these were taken away? I have some ideas, but I have no evidence for my theories.
+1 I couldn't give a care if the ratings offend people. If people's ratings offends you, then you better not read their even more offensive posts.

It is either the ratings are troll posts which have skyrocketed in popularity specifically in the Ban Appeal/Complaints section.
I've always found that if you make something idiot proof, there will always be idiots who get by it. Idiots will be idiots. I do think we can deal with the trollers!
