http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/suggestion-rating-threads.85087/ has been around for a month, lots of posts, been on the front page awhile and suggestion around it have been done but no response..
Even if they have a "competition" to get ratings, they've still earned them. I don't really see what the problem is with mass rating posts. It's not spam, scams, and it doesn't really disturb anybody. In my eyes, if you hate it, you either ignore it or you start doing it> (this is the case with SG kits >)
You don't earn ratings from just having 25k and saying that you'll give it to someone who "likes" the thread. People give you the ratings because it costs them nothing to get a chance at 25k
"Rating farming" is something ANYONE can do. If you have a problem with it, "farm" ratings of your own and stop complaining.
Way to be subtle about things. And it is clearly stated within the wiki that it is illegal so if you have a problem with it, bring it to the wiki.
