Naw, sorry. I think the ranks are fine as it is, and that removing builders would break ECC tradition! Also, there are just too man ranks like this. It will be hard for the staff to do all apps.
What about a player who has president already, such as myself? So to get to president it would cost an extra 470k?

It's not too bad.. I don't see there being a Senator, but maybe a Co-Owner. That'd be pretty nifty. :3 I wouldn't change Builders to Citizens as Citizen and resident are somewhat the same thing. A resident of a town would technically be considered a citizen of the town.
This is quite a overhaul... Unless we have HUGE player participation, (hundreds) this will never get added.
Well, we do have hundreds... the real number will be a bit bigger. Currently about 300 at max population. If it was at 500 max people at up time, that would mean a lot more people spread around the day. Perhaps then.
We can reset ranks to builders except mods. (keep mods mayor or something). Pay the amount the all the main world ranks to that person then they can rank up again.
I do not believe that this idea is worth the time and problems it would cause. The ranks add nothing good to the server. If anything they make it more confusing. I would not want to have to pay more to keep my rank as President. Your ranks are simply "ranks" you, from what I can tell, do not benefit from buying these ranks. The co-owner rank is not for any of us to decide. If andrewkm feels he would like to have someone to co-own then it is up to him. The citizens to builder would only require a small change to the config file but I don't see the point.
