When you see a builder it is hard to trust them, because you don't know if they've been on the server for an hour or a month. So i suggest a rank like [Trusted] or something like [Member] that would cost around 5-10k. This would help us distinguish people who are very new, or not so much. Also, with this option you could make the next step up [Resident] require something around 25-35k. Just a suggestion lemme know whatcha thinks. ~stin23
This is untrue, when u first get on you have no access to farms or plots without buying perms first. Resident is at least 2-3 days down the road even if they go hard.
When I joined the server I got the money for resident the day I joined, just didn't know how to apply yet.
I think that we should use a plugin, I forgot what it was, but you could do /rankup and have x money instantly taken from your balance, and your title updated. This could work for resident, tycoon, and eco-leader. Back to topic, I think this rank is extra work. We don't need this when resident now is fine, and paying 5-10k to be trusted? I've met presidents less trustworthy than builders, you just have to get to know people
We don't need more ranks...and a 10k trusted rank will only be a 5k difference from resident. If you got 10k, you can get another 5k more. And really, we don't trust builders for a reason. Resident is a trusted rank. Lowering the easiness of ranking up will only make this new rank a tiny bit more trustworthy, and a lot less trustworthy then the current resident. Gonna have to go with a -1.
no but in all seriousness, i dont think its needed builders can get resident in a matter of hours if they do it right, its not that hard.
Or maybe if the builder has been on for a couple weeks they can just earn the tag for free. I understand what you mean. Iv'e been scammed by a few new builders that just logged on ECC wanting to make trouble. But oh well .-. ^ but like nickla said it is better to just leave ranks as is.
Nah, ranks are perfect right now. Everything makes sense, and the ECC community is pretty trusted already. I rarely get scammed.
