When you relog on minecraft you lose your current potion effect(s) and on ecc, I know I and many other players get stuck in ghost blocks and have to relog. It's annoying when you drink an 8 minute fire resistance potion and only get 1 minute of use. So I think that, if it is possible when you relog on ecc, and had a potion effect, when you logged back on you would have as many 1 minute long potions of what ever effect you had, but rounded down to avoid exploiting it. EX: you have 7 minutes and 49 seconds left of speed. you get stuck in a ghost block and log off. When you log back on, you have 7 1 minute long speed potions in your inventory. Thanks for your time.
Wouldn't it be easier to remember the effect, rather than spawning in new potions every time? What about full inventory? Also, I don't think you can edit potion duration. There are only 3:00 (Ordinary), 1:30 (II) and 8:00 (Extended) potions of swiftness.
Honestly potions simply aren't worth enough for this to be a worthwhile addition. They cost what, MAYBE $25 each for 8 minute fire res?
If I were to guess, it's probably because he's in the end and getting new potions requires leaving your farm. Not as much the cost as the time. And time is money. But since the end is dead, I'm not sure.
yes, it's not just the time to get a new potion, it's the time to find someone if you buy them, the time to get back to where you were (or a new place) in the nether and end, ETC. If it's any easy thing to implement, why shouldn't it be implemented? If not, ECC can live without it.
I doubt it's easy, considering /nv still disables when you change worlds. Spawning potions have no chance of happening, considering how messy it is. And I sell potions by the way. Don't you see my trade ad?
I'm sorry I always make a suggestion feeling like it will be a fun or useful addition to ECC, and soon after it is quickly pointed out that it is just stupid.
