Ok so im not the only one with this but we all know that only the original mayor can file an app i agree with that but there should be one thing changed. I feel in ways it is un-fair because what if the town u live in the original mayor was banned and hasn't been seen on the forums for a long time which makes him impossible to contact to ask for him to fill an app so i just feel that that one part should change to something that is a bit tough but allows that person to be allowed to fill a app out if the original mayor has been banned a speffic amount of time that way it would be fair..
I disagree, the original owner may appeal and come back maybe a year later and suddenly he has free town features. Also, the town will ALWAYS remain owned by the original owner, he could be banned for over a year, but he would still own it.
The community has be shuffling to get this idea though for ages. "New owners of towns can apply for features, not just application mayors." So far andrew has put his foot down every single time.
As much as I would love for this, I am unfortunately going to disagree like Kuke. There would be too much of a mess with it. Only viable way to make it happen is if the original owner could post on the application and agree themselves, but this would not be possible for some banned town owners and anyone who never gave out contact details.
