I believe Mining world is supposed to change it's biome theme when it gets regenerated. I'll cross my fingers for you and hope it's a snow biome next! Mining world, although it's soooo dangerous, should be where people do that kind of stuff because it regenerates. Wild spawn areas are ugly but I would think the majority of it would be caused by the builders that join and don't really care and builders eager to start looking for materials to start their adventure. Why is mining world closed to builders when I think they need it more than others? /shrug Let them enter! Put a lot of signs explaining the dangers! They can enter the PvP arena if they wish, why not something dangerous with benefits? Even geared Resident+ players that enter in full diamond die in like 3 hits to the few players that walk around in Super Enchanted gear. The more that is available to players (especially new ones,) the more likely they will stay on our server.
Think the mining world was probably one of the last worlds to be added... although.. honestly there needs to be a zone that isn't PvP so people can just sorta free build without worrying about getting mugged by trolls xD
