Reason: Because I don't want to lose my items to a file cleanup and they always scare me a little. Any Other Information: I'm thinking around $25-40. just log in every week or something, it's practically no effort to use minechat/mc chat lite/cactuschat to log in for a couple of seconds.
I don't think this is necessary. The only way your files get wiped is if you have less than 100k, in which case it won't be too difficult to make that money back.
This will cause lag, and a lot of it for future players, hindering their experience. Let's say over the course of the next year, 900 users buy this feature. If it costs $50, good for andrew, he makes a $4,500 profit but, the file cleanups are to prevent lag. If in 5 years, 2,000 users but this feature, this will be lag city.

Ah, I meant balances and /homes. I wasn't thinking of your .dat file. Either way, I don't think this is a necessary feature. It's not too hard to either log in once every two weeks, or put everything in a locked chest if you know you're going to be gone for an extended period of time. I rarely log out for more than a few minutes with valuables in my inventory.
Did they remove balance? *Edit With regards to the suggestion, put all money in signs, and items in a chest. It isn't too hard to do and won't cost any money.
