Reason: With the launch of star crates and so many armour pieces and weapons on the market this would give both armour and weapons a new purpose and help maintain some value. Maybe just make it a dchest of anything from star shop/crate? Even then, a dchest would hold 54 items... at the minimum of 100k each it's a 5.4m medal which is insane. If the prices move up to 200k it's suddenly an 10.8m medal. If the point is to take star items out of the market, well, it can't do that if nobody can afford the medal. I think a "Star Crate" medal should require 9 unique star crate items. This means you can apply for it entirely with the lower worth armor/weapons but can also use tools if you feel like it. At 100k an item this would put the medal roughly on par in value with the diamond collector medal. Price increases would move this towards the nstar medal in value.

+1 especially with @Nicit6’s added suggestions! But how about 15 instead of nine. I mean 54 slots * 64 in a stack is 3456 with conservative nstar price of 500/each means that medal is over 1.5mil. I mean 9 star shields could be collected cheapest of all... there are 15 crate items so either 15 or perhaps one of every item to get the medal.
At 650 a star the NStar medal is 2.2m This is same price as 9 items at 250k which isn't unreasonable once these items start leaving the market for people to get the medal (and once there isn't a sale on keys). Requiring one of every item makes the medal insanely expensive as all the tools will run roughly 5m and everything else another 1 to 2.
