(Suggestion) Name Changes for Towns

Well I find it quite annoying that you cant change the name of a town. I think it would help and male many users happy if we could change the name of your town. I also think its quite weird that a warp of our town has to be the name of your town. It would be cool if their was like a change town name application for like 50k or whatever. I belive this would help many users and make then happier. Thanks
