The donation feature of Multi-homes should be in a price range of 5-10$, 15$ is too much just to get 2 homes, plus you really can't get any money with it not like water placements, etc.
With the MultiHome feature, you will be able to set a total of 5 homes, not 2. When you buy MultiHome a second time, you will be able to set a total of 25 homes. The current donation price of $15 dollars seems fine to me.
