    - Now that we have a new world, we could maybe add some ranks on it so people could make applications and have new commands.

    Reason:
    - All the other worlds have ranks.

    We have already discussed this among mods, will not happen. Too many ranks already for andrew to deal with, and this just gives him more apps to deal with.
