[suggestion] Max Items Collector Medal

    Suggestion: Medals for double chests of a maxed tool. Ex: a chest of eff5 unbr 3 and silk 1 or fort3 picks would give a pick medal. Ect. for all tools and armor.

    Reason: Take items out of economy. New medal :D

    This comment would only make sense if I had a double chest full of max tools. However, I only have like 4.
