[Suggestion]- Make Vote Reminder A Command

    Suggestion: Keep the new vote reminder plug-in but make it so it only comes up if you type in a command but if you have voted in the 24 hours make it say you have voted today.

    Reason: The vote reminder gets annoying.

    I agree, it gets really annoying!
    Especially when you want to vote, but you can't do vote 4! It seems like it is taunting me... lol, but true!
