[Suggestion] /mail region

    Suggestion:
    My suggestion is to add a mail region feature to /mail. So what i mean by this it could be a command for Mayor+ that would be something along the lines of /mail send region [region name] [message].

    This would mean that mayors are able to send a mail to every player that lives in their town at once.

    Reason:
    Sometimes in a town there are things that you would like all of your occupents to know about. For example a town rule change or a new farm or something along those lines. I feel it would be vey useful to have a way to message everyone in a town.

    Any Other Information:
    Maybe make this feature mayor+ but so that you can only mail to towns that you are a owner of, to prevent spam.

    I'm not too sure but i'd assume its a custom addition to the /mail plugin.

    This would require hooking the mail system into our region system. Seems like it would be a lot of work for our development team / @JamieSinn.

    Eh, Thinking about it, it's not too bad.
    I could do it. But it would not be in /mail. It would be a separate command.
    EDIT: The send command would be a different command, people would read it with /mail read still.
