Minecraft Name: blgordon Suggestion: A donation feature that has multiple beneficial attributes across various functions. For instance you pay $50.00 for Luck. Luck would then increase the drop rate of treasure that comes from excavation. It could also give you a small percentage increase in your chance of winning the lottery. Increase the drop rate for fishing. Perhaps even change some of the drop items or add special drops for donators! Reason: I would donate for this today if it was available. It would be nice to be able to donate to increase the drop rates from mcmmo plugin. Other Information: N/A Link to this plugin: We already use mcmmo, it would just require a manual editing of each donators drop percentage, and a tweaking of the drop items.
i dont see this working out fortuned tools already give u a greater chance of getting you more drops and the lottery is based off of pure luck
Fortune tools are awesome but I spent 3 hours excavating dirt yesterday and only found 5 music disk...eff4 F3 Ubr3?? Although fortune makes a huge difference on items like gravel, it could still be tweaked; instead of so much flint increase the drop rate of gun powder and lower the flint rate. For dirt lower the glowdust rate and increase the music disc rate.
I recently leveled a 200x200x5 area and found 5 double chests worth of music disks. I don't think this needs to be modified, however, I do agree that gun powder should be increased.
How many and how good of drops you get from excavation does change as you get a higher excavation level. I don't think that there should be a donation that gives you a better chance at winning the lotto.
What excavation level are you? I think I'm close to 500 but I would have to check to see when the server is back up
I have the 4x xp also, I'm at level 430. I noticed that I started getting ink sacs around 418. I guess the mcmmo drops have been modified so perhaps the drops do get better as your level goes up. Better as in compared to the standard mcmmo drops.
Kuke - this donation feature just increases your special ability such as super breaker and such. Does the 33% ability activation increase include drops? I was under the impression that it didn't cover passive abilities like drops and treasure hunter from fishing but that it would increase your chance of things like green terra. Can you confirm that it does increase drops? If so I will buy it.
