ign: Paullus49 a great addition to the plugins which allow for locks on items and blocks would be the ability to lock horses (so that players who were not included in the lock could not access inv., ride, etc.). that way, a player would not be able to steal a horse and this could allow for events such as horse races! I really hope this enters ECC because if i had a horse i would be REALLY paranoid. it is way to easy to steal a horse (Many have even told me on ECC) and I think this would be an adequate and useful way to stop that. I agree. I feel that horse thefts are bad for the server as they cause as many bad feelings as being scammed. The ability to lock horses would make theft far more difficult at the very least, though it may cause problems with locked horses wandering around.
