[Suggestion] Lock Certain Forum Abilities for Banned Players

    Suggestion: Put a lock on the Sportsbook and Stock Trader for banned players.

    Reason: This will provide some incentive to not getting banned. Banned players should also not be able to enjoy and use these features while unable to log into the server.
