Thread Title: Making a kit vsgp Minecraft Name: oreo1227 Suggestion: I'm suggesting a "/kit vsgp" because all other kits have a + if not a +2 form. Reason: I feel this is a need because I've played SG for a while and when all my other kits are ready, my vsg isn't. I always enjoy the boost of having vsg because it's another security, and one that isn't OP at all. I feel that this kit should be available for those who have [VIP] as the regular vsg comes with any donation, and this would just be another added incentive to go for [VIP]. If vsg+ is added, maybe even a vsg+2 for [VIP+]. So $501 in donations = /kit vsgp. $1001 in donations = /kit vsgpp. If /kit vsg is available at $15 in donations, why can't we reward those who donate a lot! Basically, over-all, I think the + and +2 should only shorten time, not add any extra items such as arrows, or golden apples Other Information: When I searched this in suggestions, I couldn't find anything just like this surprisingly. The results of what came up were saying the search was either "too short, too long, or too common" of an occurrence. That suggestion talks about adding more items, while mine talks about shortening the time. While I like the idea, as alpert said, we kind of already have it. Also, Sky suggested this not too long ago, and it was shot down.
I see where you're coming from, but where I'm coming from is that not all players would like to have that kit, as it takes up space with all the kits I already have. That being said, I still would like to thank you for your opinions. In regards to sky's suggestion, that suggested improving the items, where I'm just suggesting shortening the time.
If they don't want to buy the kit then they won't be getting extra food. It takes up 2 more inventory spaces. If those 2 precious spaces are a problem for you, then throw 2 sets of food on the floor. We don't need to give a free version of adventure to people who donate for other things. It is just silly. Edit: Also, I am ignoring the fact that this isn't even possible right now. All VIP's and VIP+'s need to be added to their own permissions group.
The problem with this, if I remember correctly, is that the VIP users aren't in a server group, like residents or mayors and non donators or donators. But anyway, Adventure Kit gives more than enough food for $25, $75 for ++, vs VIP, which you need $501 for.
-1 I completely agree with alpert, the food SG kit already exists. On top of that, the VSG kit is given to any donators, so I don't really think that it should be "Upgradeable".
-1 This is just an added bonus to being a donor. I don't feel that it will increase sales in donations at all, given that there is already a food kit in place.
I like the idea of having vsg+/++ as rewards for getting the VIP and VIP+ supporter ranks. I don't think it's good enough to replace the Adventure kit, since it's just reducing the cooldown on a kit that already exists. As long as they don't add the arrows/golden apples then I think it would be a nice little perk for people who support the server enough to get VIP/+
I like this idea! It will give those VIP[+] people who do not own kits, something to look forward to during survival games. +1
+1 I like this idea but how about instead of more food u give a non-enchanted weapon? E.g wood sword, stone sovel? Just so a player isn't stuck with nothing to fight with.
