Thread Title: A help command with questions that new users commonly ask, such as "Where can I buy a plot?" or "Can I have a job" Minecraft Name: a18greek18 Suggestion: Adding a command to "/help", which would be called "/help faq". Reason: Many new users ask these questions over and over, I have no problem responding to them, but this command would make it easier for them to get their needed information much faster. In general, it would get them started quicker, less frustrated and more eager to stay and enjoy this server! Other Information: Some of the questions I see that could be added to the command, as well as my suggested format: Q: Where can I buy a plot? A: You may buy a plot from someone who has purchased a town, using "/ch tr", or asking them through private message, by using the command "/pm (Username) (Message)"! Q: Can I have a job? A: Many users need jobs of different sizes done for them, you can ask for a job in trade chat, by typing "/ch tr"! Q: Can I have a loan? A: You may ask for a loan from another user in trade chat, by typing "/ch tr"! Q: Can I buy an item? A: If you would like to buy a specific item, or multiple items, ask in trade chat, by using the command "/ch tr" and saying what you want to buy. Q: How do I host an auction? A: To host an auction, type "/ch auc" to enter auction chat. After you are in auction chat, name what item you are selling and a starting price. As users bid on the item up for auction, you respond to their bids by saying "(the amount that they bid) heard", so that they know what the highest bid so far is. When the bidding slows down, you say "Going Once" "Goin Twice" and "Sold" to end your auction. After the auction has ended, you have to meet with the user and go to a place to trade the money for your item. Do this in "/ch l", "/ch g", or "/pm (username) (message)" because unnecassary chatting in auction is punishable. Q: How do I gain ranks? A: To gain ranks, you simply meet the requirements (get the money and be the required rank to be eligible to rank up to the next rank), and then apply on forums. The website that the forums is on is ecocitycraft.com. Q: How much does resident cost? A: The rank resident costs 15000, and you must apply for it on ecocitycraft.com. Q: Where can I get food? A: You can get food, as well as many other starting items by typing "/kit starter", or you could vote for server to get food by doing as follwed: go to ecocitycraft.com/vote, vote for Ecocitycraft, then, once you reciev your nether stars, type "/spawn" and trade them in for cooked pork slightly to the left of where you spawn. You must be online when you vote. Otherwise, you will not recieve the voting items, and therefore not get the food. You could also buy food from other users, by asking to buy some in "/ch tr". &4 and &6 would be great colors to use for this!
