Minecraft name: MatthewStevenGo Suggestion: one forum warning point on users trying to appeal when mods said to the particular user not to appeal ("Denied - May not re-appeal for (time)". Reason: If one user trying to appeal was warned by mods not to appeal, then he must not refile an appeal. If he wish to appeal within the time when he is not allowed to do it, either he will wait until the time is over or he will receive a 1 forum warning point if he decides to refile it. +1 if you can't even READ what a mod clearly writes then you should definitely get a warning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't think it does. I've seen people appeal twice in the 24 hour period that they weren't supposed to and it just gets locked Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't see how making a premature appeal is harmful or affects anyone else on the server so I don't see any reason to make any policy changes. Leave the moderating up to the moderators please. -1
The problem I have is that I don't think people should be able to appeal when they can't even read something. Is it really that hard to read 3 sentences that a mod writes and follow the easy instructions? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No it won't. Since when has a forum warning actually deterred anyone from anything (different discussion there though)... Generally if someone posts more than 1 or 2 appeals in the timeframe we've told them not to appeal, we forum ban them for the remainder of the time. Ultimately though it's left to the staff member's judgement of the situation and I feel like that's the best way for this.
