Any Other Information: I fell that we should only be able to +1 users. That why, there is no negativity. I don't know how to change this as I am not experienced with phpBB coding/modding. The only thing I see with this is hopping on a bandwagon. For example, say someone gave a player a bad rep. Others might see that they have given them a -1, then they would -1 them for no reason. They would end up stuck with a bad reputation.
Maybe only allow positive reputation? I wouldn't consider this labeling. Labeling would be like "scammer" or something like that.
We used to have a system where we had +1 but not -1. It worked perfectly fine and was only removed because of serious coding errors.
A +1 system is great if that is the only option. The negative rep can be flawed and hurtful. +1 for...well...+1
I don't know much about phpBB forums or modding them. This was the only active one I found. So, I don't know if you can customize it or anything like that.
I do not like this idea simply because of what they said -1 could be hurtful a player that does not like you could ruin your rep maybe if it was only +1 nobody would get their feel goods hurt
We used to have it where you could only +1 and it worked really well, albeit sparking some rather heated rivalries. (For the record I ended up about #8)
