Suggestion: I Itookahooka am suggesting a plug in called billboards. it will allow people to create renting signs Reason: I think it would make a good addition because it would eliminate having to wait for the owners of certin things to be on to get like a apartment or the shop spots in the market, or even a hotel room. people can just click and that area becomes theirs till the timer runs out unless they add more time buy "renting" it agian before time runs out. it would be a time saver for the mayors and such because they would not always have to be there they could just collect, and check the time remaining on the rental property. As far as I can tell from the link to the plugin, this only allows users to rent a sign to display a message or advertisement. There is nothing that allows users to rent a space such as an apartment or hotel room, such as described in your post.
@itookahooka run a virus scan and remove any add-ons from your browser that you don't recognize. Looks like your browser got infected with adware
you are right the one i was thinking of was residence which can be found at http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/residence/. but in that aspect billboards would let us advertise our stores, apartments, hotels,or land we have for rent
