    Suggestion: make Lotto "selective". The more you have donated and the higher your rank, the higher your odds of winning are. Each rank and donation level is assigned a multiplier per ticket. A builder with no features will have a 0.25x multiplier and an Ecolegend with *VIP* will have a 50x multiplier.
