    Suggestion: Add option for fire spread town flag.

    Reason: I just figured with the other town flags that have been added it may be possible to add fire spread within a town.

    Other information: I realize this could cause a lot of lag. If you think this will be an issue then feel free to deny this suggestion.

    I don't think fire actually consumes things, so fire spreading wouldn't really do what it would normally do.

    For firespread to work, fire destruction must be enabled (which it's not) - unfortunately, not possible at this time
