[Suggestion] Eff 7 fort picks.

Love this, but as it provides convenience to the miner, it should be somewhere between 2,200 and 2,500 nether stars to offset the Fortune pickaxe's better value as deemed by the users, such as yourself.

 

+1 I agree with this, I also think eff7 need to be increased some how in a way because people sometimes always say that eff7 mining is more effective then meloning farming even though melon swords are more expensive, The only argument to this that I have seen is that eff7 mining takes more effort then melon farming which in reality both of them require u to click pretty much 2 buttons lol

Hmm, now that I've read these comments, maybe the eff7 fortune pick should be closer to 5 or even 10,000 nether stars. It would radically inflate the economy if it ever got out of hand, so we should try to limit it.

 

RIP economy. an eff7 with fortune on it can save someone A LOT of time. It could make as much as 5k an hour more than the current eff7.

 

The price doesn't matter - people would pay that much. At first it wouldn't be much, but eventually more and more would be added. Anyone smart wouldn't lose one so they'd never go away.

someone please clarify why this is much more then having a current Eff7 pick and then just fortuning stuff with Eff5 after? surely it doesn't take up too much more time?

As for the suggestion... well, the economy would end up completely messed up.

 

If you take 10 minutes to fortune after an hour to mining, that's about 15% of your time fortuning. Meaning cutting out that time enables you to make 15% more. If you're making 20k an hour you now make 23k an hour. If you're making 25k an hour you're now making about 29.

3k or 4k may not seem like much but it would certainly add up. We could buff everything "just a little" so everyone makes a little more money, but then there's not really even a point, is there? The prices were set based off of the tools we have. Changing the tools means changing the price.

I would love that, but unbreaking past 4 is pretty much impossible and fortune 21 is extremely laggy. Of course, it would have to cost 50,000 netherstars, since there's so much fortune. You could easily make 100k/hr with that.
