When you use the [Warp] Shops sign at spawn you need wait an additional 10 seconds to teleport the shop you want to go to. There is no reason for it being 10 seconds long. The way to get it shortened is to purchase the feature. The warp feature wasn't available without it before, but they made it available so people could get around. The timer reduces the likeliness of people spamming the command.
