Minecraft Name: pbrassat17 Suggestion: so with the new donation tags being added in, it is no longer a option with custom tag to have them removed... Many users bought custom tags to either have their donation tag removed or to just have a custom tag. What I am suggesting is those who have a rather long custom tag be able to get credits and our tag removed, or pm andrewkm to have our tag changed just once. Reason: for example my custom tag is "[SuperMod][$$$$][PeanutButter] pbrassat17:" this is a rather long name, and I feel that it takes up way to much of chat, others who have longer names may have this issue aswell. I felt that refund would be easier on Andrew, as itll allow those who had a customtag to just do it automaticly on the website andrew would only need to remove the custom tag.
People with the refund could use it to buy another donation feature, which isn't fair in my opinion. It may not look good, but it wouldn't be fair to those who don't like the way their feature looks but still couldn't trade it in. The coupon should only be used on custom tag, as that is the feature they bought. Also, some people may enjoy it. People may also take advantage of it to get a new tag.
Well lets for example take my Custom tag "PeanutButter" it is 12 letters, if it were to be made 10 it would be "PeanutButt" first I dont think that is a custom tag I would want... So yes getting a new custom tag through credits would be the only option, however if you think about it, it could be for the better. And I feel it would be similar to if andrew were to just remove a feature, he fully refunds for what the feature is worth. Some people donated for custom tag thinking that the donation tags would be gone and they wouldnt have to worry about it.
I agree. One of the main reasons I chose to get the Custom Tag was the ability to remove the unwanted/unneeded donation tag. I do not like the look of the donation tags at all.
