i dont know if this is where im should post this, but were going to go with it... ive done some thinking, and some looking, and it seems that all the long time server users, a.k.a. presidents, tycoons, etc. have all the good spawn shops, leaving us newer guys with the out of the way crappy ones. i think something should be done to fix this so we can have the good ones sometimes.
not true boston81 is a resident with spawnshop on the top if you really want a good spawnshop buy one from someone or wait till someones spawnshop expires
So what is your suggestion to "fix" this? Also, you can get a top level spawn shop. You're just going to have to pay a good amount of money to buy one from somebody. They change owners all the time.
I don't see a problem here. You are upset because they have more money than you and can afford a top level shop? What? If you want a shop save up and buy one.
im mean for everyone in general. i just think there should be a way for us to get a hold of them. ive seen alot that say not for sale, and the rest say outrageous amounts like 1.4 million. honestly, i cant afford those prices ever. im not sure what should be done, i just think i would be nice.
You can afford those prices eventually.... They worked for the money to get those shops, you can too.
Exactly. It really depends on your amount of money if you want to get a top floor shop. Even if you are poor, you only need 20K to have a chance of getting one.
This is not unfair that they get a good spawn shop. They worked for their money, they bought that spawnshop. This is completely fair, they worked for their money, and like vdub said, how would you fix this?

I don't have one, most mods don't have one, Andrew doesn't have one, Prod doesn't have one, and I can name a lot more. My point is you don't have to be an old player to get a good spawn shop. You just have to (like others said) work or get lucky.
I am a president and i have a lower level spawn shop. Also, other presidents have spawn shops like these.
I'm a president and a SuperModerator. I do not have a spawn shop at all. Personally, I think that spawn shops are perfect the way they are. It is the same in real world as it is here. Those who come first or those who have a lot of money will always have an advantage. Considering this is an economy server these advantages are suppose to happen and are even encouraged by the very system that rules the server. I have considered buying a spawnshop and from what I hear you can move up from a lower level one to a top level one by earning money and eventually buying a better one.
Long time users tend to be the richest, and therefore have the money to buy the better spawnshops. It isnt "unfair"; they have the money.
i never said it was unfair, i just said something COULD be done, but if im the only one who thinks this way thats fine. yes they did work for it, but if you have ever had to play catch up you know its not easy.
Everyone here has experienced starting on this server with absolutely nothing. We put our time and effort into finding ways to make money and waiting for just the right moment to take advantages of opportunities that have come our way. The spawn shop I have now is the result of a trade. The shop I had before that one was the result of me patiently waiting for the owner to not renew their shop. If you really want a shop, keep an eye on this thread for possible shop openings. Like it was said above, all you need is 20k to pick up one of these expired shops.
As what Revanrose6 stated in another suggestion: The Rich have more opportunities than the poor. Nothing needs to be changed
More spawn shops wouldn't cause the server to crash. The lag in the spawn shops is mostly client side lag.
