Minecraft Name: Grahamster00 Suggestion: If an owner is banned for upwards of 2 months, including perma-bans, a co-owner may file for a LWC to have their locks removed. Reason: If there is an owner who is not going to appeal or is perma-banned, and they have locks scattered around the town, there is no way of removing them. This is especially annoying when trying to clear a town and the original owner has random locks that cannot be removed. This can be solved by claiming the town, but getting tycoon just to remove a few locks would be pointless. Since the use is banned, they probably won't file a contract, or if they are not returning to the server, then they won't be on to file a contract. Any Other Information: For example, in my town there is a locked cobblestone block directly infront of the portal, making it an eyesore, along with tons of signs that I cannot remove, and end up just sticking out like a sore thumb. Contract when you get added?... Saying if said mayor goes inactive you retain all rights to the town, including ability to run the town, sell the town, etc...
The owner may be inactive for whatever reason, but at the end of the day he's still the legal owner of the town. The only way to get those locks removed is by claiming the town. And I think that's fair.
Actually, there are people who come back from a very old ban and often just don't stay because all their assets are gone. No matter how long they are banned, they have a chance of coming back.
That guy still owns the town, and if he's not permabanned then why should anyone be able to lay claim on his items before a townclaim can even be made?
