Reason: It would be useful for mailboxes and having multiple co-mayors to take out donations from a donation chest. Already possible use "/cmodify @<username>". This makes them admin of the lock and they can take items out of the chest.
I tried that with my minion..err friend... boston81 and he was able to take items out of the cdonation chest after I did /cmodify boston81 which made him an admin for the chest.
