[Suggestion] Change Voting Raffle Prizes

    I'm suggesting we change the voting major/minor monthly raffle prizes.

    The voting thread says they'll be changed every month; the major prize hasn't changed since October 2012.

    I'm suggesting they be something rarer/more valued by the ECC community, or at least swapped out each month to keep things interesting.

    Major prizes can stay.

    For the minor prizes, however, I would suggest adding different animal eggs.
