Minecraft Name:Thecreator767 Suggestion:I suggest that we add applications in a section of the forum to apply for BULK Items. I suggest that we sell shopbuild and shopwool items in bulk like 1 double chest at minimum and maybe a 35% discount and $5000 fee. Another thing is that this would make our hardcore economy even more hardcore because this is what happens in a real economy. Reason:Simulate a real economy Any Other Information:This would also take a lot of money out of the economy and would benefit those who buy in bulk and sell slowly later. Link To This Plugin:Creative mode to fill chests? It could work like this! User: IGN: IAMANECCUSER Do you have the money needed to purchase this?: Yes What Item are you looking to buy in bulk and how many double chests are you purchasing:I am looking for 5 double chests of Coal Do you understand the rules?: Yes Andrewkm Accepted Your items can be found at BulkStorage at spawn or by typing /warp Bulkstorage in chestroom 17 You have 1 week to claim these items.
Also the discount would be off of shopbuild and shopwool prices not off of server /worth or it can be based off of a setprice
Items such as coal as you showed in the example application are not sold at spawn. Andrewkm already is very busy and this would add an un-necessary chore for him to do. In an economy you do not have one single source of all stuff. By spawning items in, in bulk, you reduce the value of these items and by implementing this you would be discouraging user to user trade. User to user trade something we want to encourage in order to let this economy thrive. This renders your argument that it "Simulates a real economy" irrelevant.
Also you would not be reducing the value of the items because there are probably millions of blocks of dirt/stone/glowstone on the server I know it'd probably be a chore, but you can just Shift spam it into the chest or add a plugin to auto add
I believe he is referring to dirt, cobble, glowstone, etc. Which is not a player - player trade in my opinion. Yes, there are stores that do sell these items, but not in a huge bulk, like thecreator is saying. I would agree with this suggestion, but this is just another chore for andrew, but maybe give WeWin an ability to do this? This probably won't happen, but I would like to see it in the future.
