[Suggestion] Buy Lower Ranks

Ank at half of its application cost to become a lower rank.

Example: president back to mayor would pay you 90k because the President upgrade was 180k.

I believe players could do this before? I'm certain there used to be an application on the wiki.

 

Hence why I phrased my post in past tense. It used to be a thing. Im sure it was.

There never was an application, nor was this a thing.

Eh, the idea is pretty interesting, but I don't entirely see the point now that we have EcoMaster/Legend. Which is very exclusive and likely is where players want to go next.
I'm 50/50 on it.

It can turn new players into "Resident" rank if they have exact or more amount of money for the rank.

New players would be builder so they would just apply to rank up as normal??

This suggestion is saying for example a Tycoon could apply to rank down to a president, or president to mayor ect.
