Minecraft Name: DerpyxHooves Suggestion: Bulk Pricing Reason: To allow stores to compete with Server store. I was thinking that if the server store had a %10 discount on larger volumes you may see stores in more towns able to carry a wider selection of the same resources. Just a thought.
You can make 2 differents signs, one for 1-16 items and one for a larger quantity with a lower price per item
This comes with a double edge sword and likely will be vetoed. The main reason is the "Towns" part, while people are 'free' to have town trading shops, they cannot be given an advantage over sever shop - but more importantly, cannot be given an advantage over the trade shops held by the sever. It all comes with a money dump requirement. If anything, trade shops held by the sever might allow for this suggestion, but to open it fully up might be a bad idea.
This goes to the OP as well, but I hope you guys realise that the server store is 400% the cost for everything, simply so that everyone could have an advantage over the server store, to stimulate player economy. Therefore it's pretty easy to compete with in the first place, AND it's kinda hard to NOT have an advantage over the server store.
And again Rezonl you didnt read the next line. It isn't the same as 2 signs. Do you comments just to increase your post?
I dont think some things would be attainable without the server store. Circle Stone for one. If you are only using the "/sell hand" too come up with this figure. I dont know how you can determine true value. Take wool, if the only way we could get it was through shearing sheep it would be much more time consuming. Time=Money so the price would be up. Same as food I do not understand how bread (2 energy) is worth more than Beef (5 Energy) except that you can dump bread into the server for $6.
