The kit would now have less items but still have the same effect as the other nerf. The pots are already insta health 1 and regen 1 - they really do nothing now, no point in reducing them. I understand it's really the same nerf but eh, no need to buff the potion itself (even if it's 1 pot, it used to be a game changer)
There's really no change though. Other than combining 2 potions to make 1 that has the same effect. It can help with inventory cleanliness.
