Minecraft Name: zr2002 Suggestion: To bring back the command //calc Reason: It was handy to have around instead of using the computer calculator Any Other Information: I'm unsure why it was removed, maybe it was a bug, or maybe it was removed for a reason? Not sure. Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition?: Permissions/worldedit or worldguard, not sure which
I was told it was removed because it caused lag, not sure if that's the case, but if so, it's unlikely to come back until it gets fixed :/
lol, who told you that? That's the biggest nonsense I've heard today. Even your desktop calculator causes more lag than that. The only way that would be the case is if whoever wrote //calc somehow completely messed it up. (but given it's worldedit, I doubt it.)
If it works properly, sure, the performance hit shouldn't even be noticeable. But if there was an error somewhere in the code, it could lag the whole server, or crash it, regardless of what the code was actually meant to do, or how performance intensive it's supposed to be. So I assumed it was broken.
I'm all in favour of this! //calc is one of the most useful commands in my opinion, especially during business transactions, (or even doing your maths homework while on ecc ) its an absolute must.
As somebody who included //calc into the statistics macro of www.tinyurl.com/314sMacro, I fully support this suggestion. Bring it back. Please.
This would be really useful for running casinos. (ie. 1244 bet with 1.75 payback, you would do //calc 1244*1.75)
Yeah, you could do that. But it's more convenient to have //calc in game for just quick debt calculations or something.
Its obvious that you haven't even used a calculator before or know how to use one because what you said was very stupid of course I know the subject we're talking about the question is do you
