Minecraft Name: Jetfam16ladd Suggestion: I am suggesting that breeding becomes allowed, however a plugin could be added that stops xp and allows anything BUT horses to be breed. Reason: I think this would be a great and fun way for people to make money. I can see how this would be awesome but it has been asked over and over again in the forums and the same answer comes out, Too much lag (Even if it were only horses it would cause too much lag). Also this is an economy server, it could be used to make a lot of money and could mess up the economy.
I was thinking and maybe this could be a donation feature. Maybe people who have this feature would be able to breed all animals but horses and with no xp. There could also be limits and cool downs like only a specific amount of breeds/hour.
A feature would help with the issue of lag, but most people on ecc buy features it would still cause too much lag and people would make too much money off this.
@leonzolati1 if there are limits there won't be too much lag. Also most animal products are not worth a lot of money so it wouldn't mess too much with the market.
I suggested something similar to this. Horses would normally cost about, lets say 10k. It would be a free supply of 10ks. I would really like to see a donation feature for it though
I'd like breeding to be a thing, although as @EvasivePeach3 suggested it could be a donation feature, either added to a current feature or be its own feature. For a plugin, we could use something like ChunkBreedLimit or perhaps something similar?
This is not tested so how do we know how bad the lag could be. Also if it's a donation feature or if there are small limits like only 1 breed per hour, then it will be fine.
Well, you're not really allowed to have farms of 50+ mobs together anyway so as long as that rule still applies...
