I suggest making all of the votes actually reset at midnight and not reset every 24 hours because if you did this more people would vote for Ecocity!! Only because they will not have to wait 24 hours in between votes. I was thinking more votes is critical for Ecocity!!
Some of the voting websites work every 24 hours others work by resetting at a fixed time. We have no control over this so we can't do this.
