Reason: A lot of users love our crazy lotteries hosted by Andrewkm, so why not make them everyday? This helps with economic stimulation and makes users happy. Any Other Information: My idea is to have the lottery automatically host a crazy lottery every few hours (able to change in configuration file). The lottery plugin would shorten the drawing time to a certain amount of seconds (able to change in configuration file). It will also draw a certain amount of times (able to change in configuration file). It would look something like this: [Lottery] Crazy lotteries will begin in 30 seconds! [Lottery] Buy a lottery ticket for $1,000 with the command /lot buy. [Lottery] Crazy lotteries will consist of 5 quickly drawn lotteries. [Lottery] Crazy lotteries will now begin! I don't think everyday, maybe once every 3 days or so? If they happen too often they won't feel special anymore.
This is actually a good idea. I would suggest it being once every 2 to 3 days. Now we won't need to have andrew do it but it could cause some spam . +1
I say no. The Crazy Lotteries are meant to be unique, and at andrewkm's discretion. Adding it as an official set time would ruin the surprise / rarity of the event.
I also don't particularly like this idea. Yes, I'll admit that it would be extremely fun. However, as Jets said the randomness and the rarity of crazy lotto makes it even better.
This is also why I mentioned rarity. It's more of a special server event. Like our snipe events, they wouldn't be as enjoyable if they had a set time, and were automated.
Its a well thought out idea, but I like that andrewkm does the Crazy Lotto personally. Its nice to have our interactions with him be special events.
I agree with Jets, and would like to add, if permitted, that crazy lottos, as Jets said, are unique and making it everyday, would destroy it's craziness, and there wouldn't be such a big amount of pot money, it would destroy this fun even. Sorry, but I agree with Jets, I say no.
+1 you want people to be in suspense and make it so their like oh i cant wait for the crazy lottery that's why i think it shouldn't be everyday you want it for people to be able to look forward to it in those 3-5 days how ever many days you have it but i like it.
