IGN: ccapfer Suggestion: To allow flying in the nether. Reason: I got flying recently and would like to use it in the nether to get lots of exp and find some cool structures and all that. Flying is not going to be allowed in the Nether. Although people compare it to the PvP arena, the Nether is a massive world with PvP enabled. A Warzone. If people enter the Nether, leave because they see a bunch of flyers, then never go back again, that would be a total waste of money and the people flying in the Nether would be invincible. I say no. It would be no fun for the people who don't have fly.
I really only want to use it to find stuff in the nether. I might use it to PvP in the spawn, but I don't think I would go into the nether to kill people. You never know what might be hiding there. I want to use it to find blazes (for exp and potion supplies) and kill ghasts a lot easier (potion supplies) I might kill one or two people who annoy me, but other than that, not really a big thing for me. Maybe make it so you are not allowed to kill people in the nether using fly or speed. Just a though...
As was previously mentioned.. Fly will not be enabled in the Nether.. as it should be also disabled in PVP area's.
Not sure that's possible. Even if it was, people would just turn fly off to hit people, then fly again. I'm sure it won't happen. But I know how you feel about flying in there, sometimes I wish I could just explore in there with fly.
fly should be enable in the nether we payed 60USD!!! it only fair that we have a n advantage. and most of the time nether is only use for getting glowstone and xp farming.
Nether will never have the fly ability. Highly unfair advantage, and pretty much useless. Flying above lava puts you on fire, so you can't really go anywhere... And if you are just exp farming/netherwart farming, you don't need fly. As for glowstone, I don't think it's too hard to build up to it. Better building up, anyway; make a platform to save glowstone from falling down to lava.
You paid for flying in the aether and the normal world, nether and mining world has never been included so you haven't paid for it.
