[Suggestion] Adjust error messages for /bank

    Suggestion: Edit the error messages in the command /bank. So that whenever, you input invalid syntax, regardless of a second part of the command, it shows the proper syntax. Not the minimum amount to deposit or withdraw.

    Reason: It just doesn't make sense as of now. A user types /bank add 10 it will show that they have to put 10000 in, and once they change it to /bank add 10000 it will tell them that the syntax is wrong. It would just work better.

    Any Other Information: Not sure if this is meant to be this way, I would assume not.
