Add CrushedPixel's Replay Mod to the "Legal Mods on ECC" thread

Reason:
Now that we have an actual list of allowed mods we should put this on as well, since the only thing the mod does is capture a replay of your gameplay in a different perspective. Also it was approved by Jamie here before there was an actual list of allowed mods.
Any Other Information:
I need to use this mod for my secret project and this doesn't require a ton of effort like some other suggestions because you're editing a post on the forums.
