Thread Title: Give Moderators/Staff the ability (Written in the Guidelines) to add in screenshots after the contracts are approved. Minecraft Name: @Mission001 Suggestion: Give the Members the option to contact Staff Members to add payments and evidence (F2 Screenshots) to their approved contracts for Evidence Safekeeping. Reason: This used to be done at some point, but before you needed proof of the screenshots before the contract was accepted which is why I think it was changed. Example of It Being Used: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.52104/ https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/money-loan-dylpickle98.54117/ But i don't why you cannot legalise giving the Mods the power (within the guidelines) to be able to post in proof of payments and any other relative information after the contract has been approved. You can contact a mod via Forum PM, In-Game, or Posting the Evidence via Reporting the Contract to supply your evidence and then if a Mod deems it appropriate to the contract, they can add the evidence via a new post after the Approved Contract Post. (This is to prevent any posts being edited) If more evidence is submitted after, Staff can add to the evidence. Why This Would Help: •It would help Staff Members who handle the complaints as they will already see evidence from the case the contract link. •It helps the members safe keep their evidence incase the contract spans a long period of time which could result loss of evidence from computers. (Due to Reinstalls etc.) TL : DR: Give the Members the option to contact Staff Members to add payments and evidence (F2 Screenshots) to their approved contracts for Evidence Safekeeping. Other Information: Any feedback appreciated.
I really can't see any reason to oppose this nor can I see any effects from this suggestion else than beneficial ones. I like this idea.
I like it. Heck I save all the emails confirming I paid my utilities for exactly the same reason, this is just the smart way to do these things. More work for mods? Maybe in short term but not long term.
+1 Makes a lil more work for staff, but providing the host the images are hosted on doesn't go down, at least people will always have their evidence. Good suggestion.
I hope this is approved and "required", especially for the newest of "share" contracts being written right now. I also hope that our "loving lawyer" dewsy and our "rocketman" nicit make sure to read these carefully before they are approved.
