a sign plugin where a mayor plus places. and a renter punches once a day. to basically say i was here and active. shows date and possibly time, fixes the issue where some one leaves a town and joins another or becomes mayor them self but is never inactive enough to have lwc's removed, the sign plugin would fix that. thx krystofir2009
Do you have any specific plugins to suggest for this? Does a plugin that works like this even exist, or are you suggesting we try to make one?

You can still remove their locks. just ask them to remove the locks, if they refuse - show the evidence in your lwc removal.
The plugin hasn't been updated to 1.7, and I can't tell if it's open source or not, Andrew only uses open source plugins. EDIT: This is the updated link http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ams/
